Bijar (Nesar)

Nesar International ski resort located in foot side of Nesar Mountain. Near southwest of Bijar city, Kordestan province; is one of the most important recreation centers of Kurdistan province.

One of this resort’s exclusive features, is being located inside the city. Nesar ski resort’s area is about 112 hectares with 900 Meters length and 120 Meters width and has been established since 2009. It has grass ski slope with 2 Hectares area (330 Meters length and 60Meters width) too and sometimes skiing competitions are held here.

Bijar city, which Nesar ski resort is there, is a mountainous region with dry and cold weather.

This resort has a parking lot with capacity of 200 vehicles. 

A chairlift with the length of 1300 Meters length. You can experience skiing on snow and grass slope.

Because in this resort there is a grass skiing slope, you can utilize it in all seasons.

This resort has a ski school with 20 professional Ski instructors. Which deliver their services to children and adults.

Nesar ski resort has a buffet and parking lot. There is almost a good resident hotel for accommodation, called “Iran hotel” (two star hotel).
