There are three routes to Halvan:
Route 1: On the Khor-Tabas road, cross the Namak Khor lake, and the Halvan desert is to your south.
Route 2: On the Khor-Tabas road, drive to the Jafarabad highway and reach a few stone sheds. Take the path of the sheds to reach a dirt road. Continue the dirt road to the sand desert.
Third route: On the Khor-Tabas road, enter the Jafarabad-Tabas route to reach the side road of Halvan village. Follow the signpost of Halvan village and enter the road. After the side road, you will reach Khairabad village. Follow the same route straight to the Halvan desert.
Halvan desert with its simple and charming sky is one of the best places for camping.
