Tarik Dareh

Hamedan’s Tarik Dareh Ski resort set up in 1985 with 1600 meters long. It stands on the foot of Alvand Mountain range and is located in 10 kilometres southwest of Ganjnameh road in the city of Hamedan. This resort was the host of many tournaments and competitions before due to the standards and its equipment.

The province’s plains and lowland are located in the northeast and east of Alvand highlands, between Alvand Mountain and Garin Mountain. The vast plains of the north and northeast of the province are in the path of strong winds, so air masses easily affect these areas.

Taik Dareh ski resort enjoys from facilities such as equipped shelter, inn, ski school, emergency power, three lifts and a restaurant. Hamedan ski resort is the only ski resort in the country, which has supplied1500 ski sets, and those who are interested can rent them and enjoy their time in the resort.

Tarik Dareh ski resort has a platter lift with 2 kilometres long with capacity of more than 100 people. Its chairlift with 100 seats is 1600 meters long and the grass piste with an area of 5000 square meters has a ski lift, which is equipped with 50 seats and available in summer.
